Squat:60kg x 25,20,19,16,17
Ok...call me a lil bitch for not doing more volume as I should but ever since I came out of the hospital my ....it's like it died ...like I never squatted before...also my torso kinda turns to the right putting more weight on the right leg(i can feel it in the reps) . Any help?

What routine are you doing? And try squatting with no weight/just the bar.
